What are the responsibilities and job description for the X-Ray Technician - Associates - 16 hours position at Sturdy Memorial?
2 days per week & one weekend per month
Working under the supervision, and following established procedures, performs a variety of radiologic procedures using standard, portable and / or specialized x-ray equipment to apply prescribed ionizing radiation in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patient's illness or injury.
Required Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience :
- 12 weeks on-the job training and orientation
- Command of verbal written English
- Positive interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational skills
Preferred Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience :
Educational Requirements :
License / Certification : ARRT Registration, Massachusetts licensure and CPR certification required.
