Essential Functions
- Engrave and print patterns, designs, etchings, trademarks or lettering onto flat or curved surfaces of a wide variety of metal, glass, plastic or paper items
- Receive orders from internal and external customers
- Complete engraving layout, engraving, finishing, and packaging of custom orders
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Facilitate billing for external customers
- Examine completed work to detect defects and verify conformance to work orders; adjust as necessary to correct production errors
- Follow specifications in order to complete products in an accurate and timely fashion
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
- Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
Principal Skills
- Operational knowledge of rotary and laser engravers preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, and Engrave Lab, Vision9 software applications (or similar signage and engraving software)
- Basic mathematical skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to complete work with tight deadlines
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience operating engraving equipment
Preferred Education
- High school diploma or GED is required
