The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the Estimating and Preconstruction team for various electrical construction projects. This includes administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary, and performance reviews.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the Estimating and Preconstruction team for various electrical construction projects. This includes administering operating budgets, staffing, work assignments, salary, and performance reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Take on leadership functions within the Estimating and Preconstruction department.
- Create and maintain relationships with our clients.
- Work with the operations and procurement group to define the best prime cost on all bid opportunities.
- Prepare flight board and ensure timely completion of estimates.
- Maintain and upgrade the company Accubid estimating system, database (units and prices), and assemblies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lead or Senior level Estimator.
- 10 years of experience within the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience in Mission Critical, Healthcare, Water/Waste Water, Commercial, and Industrial projects preferred.
