Role Description
TI Source is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and RFIs.
- Track project progress and update stakeholders on timelines and milestones.
- Communicate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
- Support budget tracking and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High School degree or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related role.
- Knowledge of construction projects is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to Multi-Task and work on more than one project and with multiple personnel at a time
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to adapt to change
- Procore Certified or familiar with Construction Project Management Software
