Quality Lead (Cell Lead) - 2nd Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Lead (Cell Lead) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure personal and operational safety while producing quality parts for our customers and packaging them according to customer specific requirements.

2nd shift Opportunity - 4 P.M. - 12 A.M.

Starting hourly rate: $18.50 - $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various test and quality checks on finished products
• Scan and create labels for product
• Scan finished goods and pull goods to the outgoing aisles
• Use of inspection equipment, tools, and gages
• Utilize the IQMS system
• Give other associates breaks as needed
• Assist with moisture checks
• May be called on to assist in running presses as needed
• Continuous standing and walking in warehouse environment
• Any other tasks as assigned by the VSL
• This position reports to the shift VSL

• Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend written English
• Use dexterity of movement over an eight hour shift
• Regular attendance is required
• Willingness to work overtime
• Must show willingness to develop skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Successfully completion of a background check and drug screen (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Worked in plastics industry (Preferred)

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
