Stuteville Chevrolet of Durant has an outstanding opportunity for an organized and highly motivated Parts Counter Person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. This role is critical to our dealership because it keeps our shop working and aids our customers with all of their parts needs as well as suggesting other items they may be interested in. Previous dealership experience is highly preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right person! A background in Reynolds and/or with GM/Chevrolet is a plus. Responsibilities
- Oversees the parts sales process from start to finish
- Works with the automotive technicians to locate any parts, not in stock
- Complete special order part requests for customers and service personnel
- Communicate with customers on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help parts manager to maintain a clean and productive workspace
Requirements
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Have strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Professional appearance and great communication skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and reporting
