The Basics of the ASSET Program
Overview: The Ford ASSET program is the only Ford training program with a paid internship allowing you to earn while you learn.
Structure:
- Classroom and Internship Rotation: Students alternate for six to eight weeks in the classroom and six to eight weeks with their sponsoring Ford or Lincoln dealer over a two-year period.
Outcomes:

Degree & Certifications: At the end of the two years, students earn:
- An Associate's Degree
- Certifications in 8 total areas of auto repair
- Valuable in-dealer experience
