Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to maintain profitability.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with catering teams for special events and functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety standards.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred.
