What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Customer Service Representative position at Stuttgart Auto Body?
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Littleton shop at 8301 SouthPark Lane.
If you've worked successfully as a CSR at a traditional body shop, then we know you understand pressure. Stuttgart has different focus than most auto body shops. If you visit our website, you'll see we repair Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Bentley, Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover & Rivian.
We have the right people, equipment, tooling and training to specialize on a smaller market segment. As such, we are not focused on DRP arrangements. Very clearly, our customer is the vehicle owner and we are laser-focused on providing them with the best factory-certified repairs available.
If you have at least some experience in an auto body shop and would like to continue to grow your career, we would love to talk with you. We use CCC One for estimating and management system so experience with that system is beneficial.
This is a customer facing position so friendliness, a professional demeanor & strong organizational skills are very important.
We are open M-F 7:30am to 5:30pm and looking for individuals willing and able to work a 40 to 45-hour week.
