Auto Body Parts Specialist

Stuttgart Auto Body is looking for a Parts Coordinator for our newly opened Littleton location. This person would work with our Parts Manager and would be cross-trained on all parts department responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Email parts orders according to our approved vendor list.
• Physically receive parts orders as they are delivered.
• Unbox and check incoming parts for damage.
• Mirror match all incoming parts orders to guarantee correctness.
• Accurately post all invoices in CCC1.
• Properly kit out parts carts according to current company guidelines.
• Communicate with all Body & Paint Techs throughout the day to ensure they have all parts needed, are updated on status for any delayed parts and to check if they have any returns to process.
• Track parts returns and credits.
• Maintain inventory of shop supplies. (Wurth, washer fluid, towels, windshield urethane, etc.)
• Coordinate with Sublet vendors as needed.
• Cut up and dispose of cardboard and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Parts Department.
• Help move vehicles when necessary.

We would prefer to hire an individual with prior auto body parts department experience but are willing to train the right person.
