What You’ll Do
- Drive our technical vision through cross-functional collaboration
- Lead discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale our codebase, productivity, and team
- Recruit, interview, and develop high-caliber engineers, and foster a culture of excellence, velocity, and humility
- Engage with customers to inspire and solve their most challenging problems
