Position Description:
PAR Retail (formerly Stuzo), A PAR Technology product, partners with convenience and fuel retailers to build customer loyalty strategies that drive business outcomes.
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading delivery and deployment of Par Retail’s Platform for both new and existing Par Retail Customers. You will work collaboratively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and 3rd parties to ensure high-quality on-time delivery of programs in support of driving business outcomes for Par Retail’s Customers.

What We’re Looking For:
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
- At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience
- 2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Results oriented collaborative team player with a keen ability to demystify and streamline processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills; able to present technical subject matter across a variety of stakeholder levels
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner
- Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Additional skills:
- Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP
- Experience in the retail and/or payments industry is ideal, but not required.

- You will be responsible for developing program/project plans and driving the delivery
- You will excel at providing proactive verbal and written communications appropriate for different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Address internal and external program risks, issues, and dependencies, even when ownership lies outside the team. Escalate appropriately, especially when timelines could be impacted
- Suggest improvements to delivery processes based on learnings, new technologies/tools, and methodologies
- You will ensure efficient transition to operational teams with documented plans and training materials
- You will be comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings, driving conversations and with cross functional teams
- You will build relationships with other project teams, Par Retail Customers, and other business stakeholders, manage changes, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts and reach agreements across the teams
- You will be able to be flexible enough to work through ambiguity and bring clarity in a fast paced environment where change is constant
- Proven success in leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about solving business problems with technology
