Shipping Specialist - Temporary

Position Description:

We are currently seeking a temporary shipping specialist to assist with the distribution and intake of parts to and from our customers. This will be an 8-12 week position onsite in our New Hartford location.

Sr. Manager, Service Repair

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Ability to understand and execute a series of procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day.
• A detail oriented individual
• Computer skills are a must

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Monitor printer throughout the day for orders.
• Separate orders based on priority, and label carts accordingly.
• Ensure accuracy of parts being picked on each sales order, and ensure they're placed on the correct cart.
• Create scannable labels and place on parts for the shipping crew to scan.
• Deliver carts to the shipping crew as soon as they are full.
• Assist in other areas as needed ,if orders are caught up.
• Maintain 5's in all area of receiving, including supply.
• Assist with picking orders as needed.
