STV is seeking a Right-of-Way (RoW) Document Control Specialist to join our Planning department at our Conroe, TX office.
The Document Control Specialist will manage and organize all project documentation for a multidisciplinary team working on transportation and right-of-way (ROW) projects. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, supporting efficient project delivery through proper document control processes. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining accurate records, facilitating smooth communication between team members, and ensuring adherence to organizational and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage document control processes for projects, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and easily retrievable.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external document control standards and protocols.
- Prepare, process, and track progress related to ROW parcels, acquisition status, relocation status, demolition, and other project-related milestones.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, recommending improvements as needed.
- Assist in project closeout by compiling, archiving, and properly handing over all final documents.
