About This Opportunity:
This Transportation Intern role offers a unique chance for individuals to join our team and contribute to meaningful projects. As a member of our Transportation Team, you will work on various projects, including public transit, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, roadway, bridge projects, and other large private and public structures.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of drawings and specifications using industry-standard software. They will also format reports and specifications to support project documentation, as well as support file management of project electronic documents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Assist in the preparation of drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
- Document Formatting: Format reports and specifications to support project documentation.
- File Maintenance: Support file management of project electronic documents.
- Professional Growth: Gain practical experience and broad exposure to STV's organizational structure through diverse assignments.
Essential Requirements:
- Civil Engineering Studies: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Software Competence: Familiarity with Open Roads and/or MicroStation software.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry.
