Description
STV is looking for a Digital Advisory Analyst Role for our Advisory division. The candidate will be engaged internally and externally to advise best practices for design and construction technology.
Responsibilities
- Find new ways to turn client information into valuable insights and services, aiding the stakeholder engagement process in new ways.
- Support consulting team on program management, delivery strategy, leadership and engagement, vision and outcomes, business case development, establishing governance, structuring a program organization, developing the delivery model, stakeholder management, and employment.
- Identify new opportunities for working collaboratively on projects. To establish, foster, and maintain relationships with people at all levels in the business internally and externally.
- Support development of processes and management of downstream contract administration, including Request For Information (RFI’s), submittals, change management, contract closeout, documentation, and claims mitigation with the Program Management team.
- Strategize, develop, deploy, and maintain design technology standards and workflows.
- Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Required Experience
- Degree in an AEC discipline or equivalent technical training and experience in a related field
- 0-2 years related experiences in large scale Buildings and Transportation projects in an A/E firm.
- Experiences in creating and managing program standards and workflows.
- Experience with Autodesk Products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Develop management approaches for clients, to suit specific governance requirements, efficient and appropriately scaled, making appropriate use of digital tools.

- Experience with Digital Twin applications
- Experience in Asset Management
- Experience in construction management
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in program management
- Exposure to strategic delivery approaches for clients through an understanding of their business drivers, risks and opportunities, resulting in significant improvements to their businesses
- Ability to adapt and exercise flexibility with the ever-changing world of technology, design, means and methods.
Salary : $79,100 - $100,000
