STV is seeking an On-Site Construction Manager for our PM/CM Group in Fall River, MA.
The On-Site Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all active construction on the project site. This will include interacting daily with the General Contract and Subcontractors and representing the Owner’s interest at all times. Other responsibilities will include providing overall on-site support and construction supervision overseeing the quality of the work. As an STV representative, this position will involve developing a full understanding of the plans/specifications as well as the project schedule. There will be close interaction with the STV Project Manager as well as the Owner and Architect on a regular basis and attendance at all weekly project meetings will be required.

Compensation Range
$122,944.48 - $163,925.98

Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products
- Ability to fully understand plans and specifications
- Minimum of 7 years Construction experience
- Oversight of construction including on-site observations and daily reporting on progress
- Coordination of testing and inspection
- Monitoring the Contractor safety programs in adherence with the specific Contractor safety plan
- Attendance at weekly project meetings
- Maintaining reports, records and plans on the job site
- Reporting any discrepancies related to quality, schedule or safety
