SREP operates a short-term and mid-term property management company called Styer Hospitality Co. (SHC). We are a full-service company that operates investment properties listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Landing, Furnished Finder, Google Vacation Rentals, and our direct booking website, StyerHospitalityCo.com. We oversee maintenance, stocking supplies, unit cleans, guest communication and experience, and owner payouts for our fast-growing network of fully furnished vacation and corporate rentals.
Responsibilities
- Perform flawless property cleanings for unit turnovers, including short stays, extended stays (1–12 months), and deep cleans for new properties.
- Travel to and inspect properties post-checkout to evaluate cleanliness, assess damages, determine if deposits should be held, and identify maintenance issues.
- Document property conditions, cleaning progress, and issues with photos and notes using a company-provided iPad.
- Oversee laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned, stored, and distributed appropriately to each property.
- Maintain a detailed inventory of linens and supplies, tracking usage and restocking needs, and communicating with the operations team to ensure seamless property readiness.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with the operations team about damages, maintenance issues, and guest-specific needs.
- Adhere to strict cleaning standards, ensuring every property exceeds guest expectations.
- Use company tools (Hostaway, Breezeway, Asana, and QBO) to manage cleaning schedules, track property details, and document tasks.
- Be available for weekend work when required by guest turnover schedules, accommodating the unpredictable nature of check-ins and check-outs
Qualifications:
Required:
- Reliable transportation to and from work (work vehicle provided for on-the-job tasks).
- Extreme attention to detail and a passion for creating perfectly clean and welcoming spaces.
- Trustworthiness, integrity, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, including mobile apps and property management tools (training provided).
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting to 30 pounds and managing laundry and cleaning tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in professional residential cleaning, especially for furnished rentals or hospitality properties.
- Familiarity with property management systems and scheduling software (Hostaway, Breezeway, Asana, or QBO experience is a plus).
Additional Information
- Pay Range: $17- $20 per hour, based on experience.
- Cleaning supplies, company car, and iPad provided for work-related tasks.
- Expected 40 hours per week with weekend work required based on guest turnover schedules.
