Style Encore Sioux Falls is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & E-commerce Specialist to manage our online presence, drive brand awareness, and boost sales through effective social media strategies and e-commerce optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce best practices, and a passion for connecting with our target audience.

Job Summary :

The Social Media & E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns & managing our online store. This includes creating compelling content, interacting with followers, managing product listings, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

Social Media Management :

Generate sales content & capture product images.

Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) Facebook & Instagram

Schedule and publish content, ensuring optimal timing and reach.

Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and customer feedback, responding appropriately and promptly.

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

E-commerce Management :

Manage and optimize product listings on our e-commerce platform

Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.

Process and fulfill customer orders, managing inventory and shipping logistics.

Provide excellent customer service through various channels (e.g., email, chat, social media).

Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience.

Content Creation :

Develop a content calendar and create engaging content for both social media and e-commerce platforms.

Create visually appealing graphics and videos using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).

Qualifications :

Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce operations.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for social media and e-commerce.
