Reports to : Store Owner / Assistant Managers

We’re looking for a creative, passionate, and organized Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join our team to help us grow our brand’s online presence, connect with our audience, and drive traffic to our store.

Job Description :

As the Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing all social media initiatives for Style Encore Mooresville. You will create engaging and on-brand content to showcase our clothing inventory, special promotions, and store events, and build a strong, loyal online community.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation :

Develop and implement creative, high-quality content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Photograph and video products, store events, behind-the-scenes moments, and customer experiences to create authentic and engaging content.
Create compelling captions, stories, and posts that reflect the brand’s voice and ethos.
Curate and schedule regular posts that highlight our clothing inventory, sales, promotions, and customer stories.

Social Media Management :

Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and interactions.

Monitor trends and competitor activity, and integrate current trends into content strategy.

Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, etc.) to optimize strategies.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Community Engagement :

Foster a sense of community through consistent engagement, conversations, and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.

Host online contests, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives to grow the social media following and engagement.

Promote the store’s sustainability mission and unique offerings through organic content and storytelling.

Collaborations and Partnerships :

Help organize events and promotions that can be highlighted through social media.

Strategy & Growth :

Develop and implement a social media calendar that aligns with store sales, new arrivals, and seasonal events.

Collaborate with the store team to plan content around key business objectives, including product launches, trade-in events, or special sales.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.

Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), social media tools, and analytics.

Creative and visually driven with an eye for detail, photography, and video creation.

Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write compelling copy and captions.

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.), or similar platforms is a plus.

Passion for fashion, sustainability, and small businesses.

Highly organized and able to work independently while managing multiple projects.

Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and adjust content strategies based on analytics and feedback.

Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and other digital marketing tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook / Instagram Ads).

Video editing and animation skills.

Experience with e-commerce platforms or integrating social media with sales tools.
