E-Commerce Operation Associate
StyleKorean Inc. is in Santa Fe Springs, CA., operating wholesale as well as E-commerce retail business of K - beauty products in the US market. It is a subsidiary of Silicon 2 in Korea.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing orders daily against established customer requirements while ensuring all customer
SLAs are met. - Provide customer service via email or apps, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Accurate and detailed data entry into the company system while ensuring orders are processed
within the required lead time. - Printing order acknowledgements, customer packing slips, and carton labels required for
product shipment. - Co-work with team members at HQ in South Korea.
- Analyze SKU level detail to identify rate of sale, product trends, pricing, top sellers, and new
product introductions. - Use of shipping software and customer portals to track order details.
- Communicate daily with warehouse staff on carriers, pick-ups, and order status.
- Monitor, manage, and update website content such as product listings and inventory updates.
- Monitoring of orders for back-order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
