We are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Associate to support our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts and build relationships with national retailers, including beauty stores and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional sales expertise, a comprehensive understanding of the beauty industry, and a strong passion for Korean beauty products.
Here are the primary responsibilities of this position:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with national retailers
Act as a liaison between the K-beauty brand and national retailers, ensuring smooth communication and timely product deliveries
Provide support to existing customers, address their concerns, and ensure they are satisfied
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of K-beauty products to national retailers
Identify new business opportunities and actively seek new accounts
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with new and existing clients, if needed
Meet sales targets and KPIs established by leadership
Order Management & Inventory Coordination:
Process and track orders from national retailers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of product shipments
Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely delivery, following the retailers shipping regulations
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation
Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials, sales aids, and marketing campaigns that help retailers sell products effectively
Assist retailers in planning promotions, sales events, and product launches to drive customer interest and sales
Market Research & Feedback:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging demands in the beauty and skincare industry
Gather feedback from retailers about product performance and customer preferences, then relay that feedback to leadership
Customer Service & Problem-Solving:
Handle retailers inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and a focus on retailers satisfaction
Resolve any product or delivery issues that arise quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to retailers business
Trade Show & Event Participation:
Represent the distributor at industry events to promote K-beauty products and expand the network
Organize product demonstrations or retailer events to build brand awareness and generate interest in the products
Qualifications and Skill
Contribute and take initiative in sales and the execution of business plans to increase sales
A strategic and analytical thinker, able to act quickly and effectively when balancing multiple tasks and happy to be hands-on
Works well independently and has advanced time management and organization skills
Good aptitude in analyzing issues and proposing solutions
Any other duties assigned by your manager
Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma
Bilingual in Korean and English
At least two years experience in sales, customer service, office setting and/or retail industry preferred
