About the Role: As a Cashier, you will be the face of our customer service team, ensuring smooth transactions and a positive experience for all customers. You'll handle sales transactions, manage cash registers, and provide outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with any questions regarding products or services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all items are properly stocked.
• Resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, including returns, exchanges, and pricing.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, including balancing the cash register.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong mathematical and cash-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
