Location: Charlotte, NC | Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) | Pay: $25 - $32 per hour

About the Role:
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal creative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow a career in marketing and client services.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships.

Communicate with clients to understand goals, expectations, and project needs.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.

Support the senior account management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or administration is a plus, but not required.
