Responsibilities :
- Assist in setting up and managing events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other event staff to ensure all details are covered.
- Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and assisting event attendees.
- Monitor the flow of the event, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Break down the event post-completion and ensure everything is cleaned up and organized.
- Support the team with event promotion, registration, and guest management.
