About the Role:
Style Netbox is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of dynamic events for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, and on-site setup.
- Support marketing efforts by creating event-related materials and managing social media updates.
- Ensure all event operations run smoothly and align with the company’s branding and client expectations.
- Monitor event budgets and assist in expense tracking.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
