Position: Events Assistant

As an Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in the planning and execution of various promotional and corporate events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and corporate events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
• Support promotional activities and brand activations.
• Manage event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations.
• Monitor event performance and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
• Handle event-related inquiries and provide support to attendees.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry event materials as needed.
