Specializing in fashionable, high-quality rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants and bracelets, we craft custom designs that are tailored around our customers’ businesses and goals. And with more than 45 years of experience, we understand how to deliver designs aligned with current, classic and advanced trends.
THE POSITION
The company is seeking a Sales Associate, with strong customer service, communication skills, and data analysis skills, to provide Sales Support to their sales reps and their new marketing department. The firm is in a growth phase, so the position could lead to future opportunities within the company.
The role entails:
~ Communicating with the sales team of 4 to10 reps, to help develop marketing collateral for sales purposes
~ Post sale follow up
~ Trade show coordination including booth production
~ Provide high quality customer service to clients as needed
~ Use CRM data to drive sales initiatives and follow up
~ Help implement new CRM program in tandem with the VP of Sales & Marketing (with whom you would work closely as a right hand)
~ Other sales, marketing and administrative tasks as needed
~ Strong Excel skills are required
