About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager with a strong background in storytelling through high-quality video content for tech companies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our content creation efforts, managing our social media presence, and producing compelling video tutorials to engage and educate our audience. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive customer experience. This role is based in San Francisco and is fully in-person at our office, five days a week.

Responsibilities :

Develop and produce engaging video content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, effectively telling the story of our products and brand.

Manage and respond to comments and direct messages on all social media platforms to ensure timely and professional communication.

Take full ownership of video tutorials and product explainer videos, serving as the primary on-screen representative of our brand.

Host webinars and customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve the customer experience.

Create, design, and distribute email updates and monthly release notes to keep customers informed of new features and developments.

Monitor brand perception and stay informed on industry trends, incorporating them into our content strategy.

Identify and manage relationships with influencers to promote our products effectively.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in video content creation and storytelling, particularly for tech or similar industries.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies in content creation.

Passion for delivering high-quality, engaging content that enhances the customer experience.

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this role is between $80,000 and $130,000. Additionally, this role will participate in our equity plan. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at StyleAI and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as scope and responsibilities, the candidate's experience and qualifications, and onboarding.
