What You Will Do
As the Office Manager at Stylecraft on Your Lot, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the company and its operations. Your role is crucial in managing office procedures effectively while providing accurate administrative reports and support to the team.
- Customer experience
- Construction Draws and Deposits
- Contract Review and Lender Assistance
- Assist with job closing, reporting and invoice review
- Manager Office Presentation and Supplies
What You Will Bring
- High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years related experience; or
- Working knowledge of excel and Microsoft programs and applications (Teams)
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
