CAD Technician

We are currently seeking a CAD Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA for a full time, onsite role.

Under the general direction of the Architectural Services Manager, is responsible for creation and maintenance of all StyleCraft Homes CAD files. This includes creating and maintaining master plans and lot specific plans in addition to design floor plans and elevations for use in the design orientation. All plans are to be in compliance with local building codes and StyleCraft Homes scopes of work, phase specifications and standard details. Provide technical support to other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential construction
• Drive to produce quality products
• Ability to problem solve and be solution oriented
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Knowledge of construction drawings and documents
