Job Overview :
As a Community Builder in Training you will be responsible for assisting the Community Builder in managing onsite real estate development, upkeep and final municipal acceptance, involving scheduling, quality control, job-cost control, project reporting and internal and external customer relations. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills and excited to assist with all aspects of project planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Community Builders with day-to-day tasks, including document preparation and project scheduling
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and other trade partners to ensure timely project execution
- Maintain project files, track milestones and update status reports
- Support site evaluations / inspections
- Participate in team meetings and ensuring action items are followed up on
- Develop relationships with customers and municipalities
- Assists with development and maintenance of MS Project schedules
- Project Cost Control
- Special Projects & Project Acceptance
