What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Coordinator position at StyleCraft Homes?
StyleCraft is a local, family owned company. Our Mission is to Create Communities that Inspire People to Live Up. We are looking for a highly personable and organized, full time Community Coordinator to join our Land Development team.
As a Community Coordinator you will provide support to the team in all aspects of community association and rental community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling homeowner relations, building strong relationships and resolving issues timely.
- Administrative responsibilities to support the Communities team.
- Maintaining files, records and databases.
- Correspondence with homeowners and vendors.
- Develops a thorough knowledge of each Community Associations governing documents, rules and regulations and architectural standards.
- Provides support in maintaining standards in each community and enforcing rules when necessary.
- Assists with board and annual meetings as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Proficiency researching using the internet
- Proficiency in TOPSOne or similar program
- Previous experience with financial and accounting programs preferred
- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information in responsible manner
- Prior industry experience with governing documents, Boards of Directors, policy development and procedure development preferred
- Knowledge of assets, cash balance, and availability of funds for projects and cash flow management for capital improvements
- Excellent organization, motivation, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgement and decision-making ability
- Ability to apply a comprehensive knowledge of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments with the ability to identify, plan and prioritize business opportunities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate and provide guidance to all employee levels
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to respond to emergency situations within established timeframe
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstance
