We are looking for a highly motivated and organized, full time Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years expereince supporting executives to join our team and support the President and owner of StyleCraft. This role is a full time, in office position.
Job Overview :
As an seasoned Executive Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Company Owner. You will handle confidential information, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments
- Coordinates executive level business and personal travel arrangements
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison between the owner and internal / external customers to prioritize issues and follow up on items
- Coordinate and organize team meetings, event space, and meals
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Assist with special projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Occasional support of personal business
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure office efficiency
