Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Maintain and elevate the StyleCraft Homes brand in all communications, ensuring consistency across internal and external platforms.
• Strategically plan and execute marketing activities to maximize traffic to StyleCraft's website and communities.
• Develop quarterly marketing calendars to coordinate email, direct mail, and ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to create and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Digital & Social Media Management

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including managing a Digital Agency, setting budgets, and analyzing performance.
• Direct social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and the company blog.
• Provide feedback and guidance to the Copywriter for monthly blog posts and social media content.

Event Planning & Execution

• Organize and manage community events, including launch events and sponsorships that enhance the StyleCraft brand.
• Coordinate marketing schedules for new community and model home grand openings.

Data Analysis & Technology

• Leverage tools like Salesforce CRM and analytics platforms to measure the success of marketing activities and enhance team processes.
• Oversee technological enhancements to sales processes and model homes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Multimedia Development

• Supervise the production of multimedia content, including home photography, videography, and other deliverables.
• Partner with the Multimedia Designer to expand StyleCraft's multimedia library and ensure high-quality outputs.

Public Relations & Outreach

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager on press releases and media pitches to elevate StyleCraft's presence.
• Represent StyleCraft in local organizations and networking groups to strengthen community relationships.
• Manage sponsorships and outreach activities to bolster the company's reputation.

Quality Control & Sales Team Support

• Conduct monthly audits of model homes to ensure accuracy in signage, materials, and merchandising.
• Schedule and participate in intensive community reviews to gather feedback and insights from the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in real estate or homebuilding.
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding.
• Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with sales and creative professionals.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
