We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Production Supervisor to join our team.
As a Production Supervisor , you'll support the Project Manager in the construction process for all assigned homes. This role involves coordinating activities, managing trade partners and suppliers, and ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project completion. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in managing the day-to-day construction of residential homes including planning, coordinating with teams, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure job site and individual homes are neat and clean.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates effectively.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in quality inspections.
- Actively participate in weekly calls with customers.
