As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. If our training program is properly executed, you will be allowed to grow from an entry-level client-facing role into a management position within twelve months. General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee : Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships Track market and campaign performance and review data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis Assist in hiring, training, and developing the company’s new hires   Basic Qualifications of the Management Trainee : Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal A strong desire to grow accompanied by natural leadership abilities The ability to problem solve and think strategically in a fast-paced environment An associate degree or some college experience (preferred but not required) The ability to work full-time to fast-track your training into a management role Powered by JazzHR
