As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll act as a vital link between our outreach program and its members or potential members. Your role will involve assisting members with applications, resolving inquiries, educating clients, and fostering long-term engagement. With a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth, you’ll have the tools and feedback necessary to thrive.
Responsibilities of the Marketing & Communications Specialist :
- Engage directly with customers to provide information, address concerns, and answer questions about product offerings.
- Assist members with enrollment processes and provider services.
- Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively to set clear expectations and provide education to members.
- Research billing inquiries and claims to deliver accurate service.
- Serve as a liaison between members and internal departments to address concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support outreach objectives.
