We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and food production, with experience in catering and banquet services. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your creativity and leadership will help us deliver outstanding meals that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist in catering events and banquets, coordinating with service staff for seamless execution.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of food handling practices.
  • Expertise in food production techniques, including preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
