We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate applicants to fill our open Residential and Community Supports Coordinator supporting a caseload working with individuals through the Developmental Disability Waiver, Supports Waiver and Mi Via Waiver. Must be willing to visit individuals and attend meetings both within and outside the Albuquerque metro community including occasional visits to individuals living in the NW part of the state (Grants, Gallup and surrounding areas). Must be willing to work late or on weekends occasionally to meet the needs of individuals supported. Must be willing to work as a substitute in a supported living home and be on-call for that home for a full week every three to four weeks. Must be willing to train staff in state-mandated classes. A friendly attitude and demeanor are essential. Must be 21 years or older, have a current valid driver’s license with no restrictions and be insurable under company policy. Must have your own automobile since you will be required to travel in your own vehicle on occasions to do visits and/or meeting (mileage reimbursed). Must be able to pass DOH Caregiver Screening process. Prefer experience in DD waiver supports and some supervisory experience. Must maintain valid Handle with Care, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation (ANE) and CPR/First Aid certifications. Preference given to degreed, bilingual and/or trainer certified candidates.
