Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Timely execution of all distribution Operations carried out by SF INC and intercompany transactions of the Human and Veterinary Divisions, coordinating the dedicated Operations Specialist team.
• Definition, measure and control of KPls related to the Operations procedures and ensure the degree of compliance established according to company policy.
• Management oversight of company warehouses (intemal & extemal) jointly at the Warehouse Manager and applicatlon of FIFO process according to the inventory policy.
• Definition, updating, right implementation and continuous improvement of the operational processes/procedures within entities under his/her responsibility and lead necessary internar training actions for the operations team.
• Analysis of routes, strategy, identification of a reas for improvement and/or new markets and entitiesin arder to adopt necessary measures for improvement and optimization.
• Supervision and coaching regarding right exportimport documentation for each market according to legislation.
• Negotiations with forwarders, carriers and indirect costs with the aim to generate savings for the company about sales logistic costs.
• Support to the Sales Team in the operations, efficient and proactive risk management and transactions planning/forecast. Liaison with customers regarding delivery plans.
• Management and monitoring of the P&L for the Transport. Tariffs and Distribution (budget).
• Supplier Master Database responsible using Suanfarma's ERP. Supervision of suppliers invoices management (Purchase to pay) performed by Operations Specialist (acknowledge of recepit. registration and posting) into the ERP acoording to internal procedures.
• Monthly Reporting in cottaboration with Head of Global PMO about Operations portfolio.
• Issuing purchase orders to suppliers, monitoring and coordinating deliveries, as well as managing non-conformities in collaboration with the Procurement and Quality departments.
• Invoicing management to end-customers.
• Customer claims management in coordination with Quality and Commercial dept.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in International Trade, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience as Operations Manager.
• Experience in day-to-day ERP and systems management. (Business Central will be a plus).
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, chemical industry would be a plus.

Languages:

• English (mother tongue or bilingüal).
• High level of Spanish will be a plus.
