GIPS Compliance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that our firm adheres to Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and provides accurate and transparent performance measurement and reporting to our clients. We seek an experienced professional to lead our GIPS compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of GIPS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments/groups to ensure GIPS compliance across all business lines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure our firm meets all relevant GIPS standards.
- Work closely with the investment performance team to ensure accurate and timely performance measurement and reporting.
- Design and implement a system to track and analyze GIPS metrics.
Requirements:
- A degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or statistics.
- Significant experience in performance measurement and analytics, preferably in a GIPS compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of GIPS standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
