Job description
Sub Teacher Source (STS) is a premier educational staffing agency working with schools nationwide to address their staffing needs. We hire talented candidates to join our premier team of substitute teachers. We are hiring dedicated, punctual, flexible, professional & dependable substitutes. We operate during school hours Monday-Friday. No work during summers and holidays.
We are currently hiring for the 2022-2023 school year.
Starting Salary: $170 per day
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Following lesson plans provided by the Teacher
- Managing the classroom effectively
- Adapting teaching methods to fit the needs of students
- Supervising students in and out of the classroom
- Providing in-class and at-home assignments based on the available lesson plan
Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Can pass a criminal background check
- Are legally registered to work in the USA
- Florida Substitute ID Badge-Preferred
- Must be able to work a minimum of two weekly assignments
