As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students' educational needs.
Responsibilities :
Substitute Teachers will deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education. Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
Follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
60 college credit hours
2.0 GPA or higher
Age : 21
Previous experience in teaching, education or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
