Sub-Zero Group Midwest, an Affiliate Distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Builder Account Manager to cover an IL based territory.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Calling on and generating sales to high-end builders and developers
- Locating new builder projects, making contact with the purchasing team, preparing detailed spreadsheets, and preparing project-specific binders and power point presentations
- Completing job walks/pre-site inspections – making sure our product specs are correct prior to delivery and installation
- Keeping up with/cultivating relationships with the current builder network
- Prospecting for new builders in the assigned territory
- Working with the Trade team to identify residential architects and designers working on IL projects
