Sub-Zero Group West seeks a Builder Account Manager to cover a Southern California-based territory.
Major responsibilities will include:
- Calling on and generating sales to high-end production builders and developers
- Locating new builder projects, making contact with the purchasing team, preparing detailed quotes/spreadsheets, and preparing project-specific binders and power point presentations
- Working with local dealer builder sales teams to support net bill quoted builder projects through authorized Sub-Zero Wolf and Cove dealers in Southern California
- Completing job walks/pre-site inspections – making sure our product specs are correct prior to delivery and installation
- Keeping up with/cultivating relationships with the current builder network
- Prospecting for new builders in the assigned territory
- Working with the Trade team to identify residential architects and designers working on Southern California territory projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of outside sales experience; preferably working with builders
- Bachelors Degree- Sales or related
- Product knowledge of Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove brands desirable; or related product
- Excellent written, verbal and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
