Sub-Zero Group, Inc., manufacturer of the global premium appliance brands Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove, is searching for a Credit & Collections Manager to join their Fitchburg, WI corporate campus team. Sub-Zero is a family-owned company, celebrating its 80th anniversary in 2025. This position will manage the accounts receivable of its five factory locations as well as eight affiliated distributor locations across the U.S.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts. Monitor company exposure. Contact customers to collect on past due payments.
- Review new and existing customers for credit worthiness. Minimize risk by securing proper documentation (e.g. UCC/PG). Maintain documentation.
- Approve release of orders on hold, within company risk tolerance.
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate payment obligations as they arise.
- Develop relationships with retail customers and internal sales department.
