Overview
Our Customer Advocate Team is responsible for taking ownership of complex customer cases until a final resolution is achieved, including facilitating resolutions with other areas of the business or field partners. In addition, we provide customer support for field service trial participants and conduct product orientation calls with customers who have recently installed new products. We support our business and brands by negotiating with customers to a mutually beneficial resolution. Continuous learning is encouraged and supported.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in product support or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and/or training in problem solving and advanced negotiation techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Sub-Zero Group, Inc. products
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to efficiently access and enter data using computer systems
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
