What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Rotational Development Program position at Sub-Zero Group, Inc.?
This is an opportunity for recent graduates from an undergraduate programs in engineering and professional fields. The position will begin in summer of 2025.
Program participants will experience three, 6-month rotations that are selected based on their education backgrounds, professional interests, and aspirations. Time spent in the program is full time employment with pay and benefits. After successful completion of the program, participants are transitioned into full time regular position within the organization using the similar selection process based on education, experiences, and professional interests.
The program is open to recent undergraduate students with degrees in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Industrial Systems Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing Systems Engineering
- Engineering Mechanics
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Computer Science
The program participants will go through rotations in a combination of the following areas:
- Design Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Quality Assurance
- Operations Management
- Test Engineering
- Reliability
- Controls
- Supply Chain
- Process Engineering
- Challenging Assignments
- Formal mentoring

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
