Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical input/assessment of new and existing equipment.
- Assist in the coordination of New Product Development (NPD) builds, objectives, and initiatives.
- Manage lab assets by way of PM’s, part inventory, etc.
- Repair of production equipment; including but not limited to, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical failures.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
- Implement safety related requests and initiatives.
- Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures including: LOTO, fall protection, NFPA 70e and all other applicable OSHA regulations.
- Communications with others on a very regular basis, Coworkers, Operations, Supervision, Engineering, Safety, OEM MFG, parts suppliers and outside vendors.
